Instructions for speakers

Oral Contributions (Talks)

We would like to provide some important information for those presenting oral contributions: Each talk will have 12 minutes for presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers. All presentations will be centralized on one laptop to ensure smooth transitions between speakers. Please make sure to share your slides via e-mail or in person before your session.

Poster Presentations

All posters are virtual only. Please do not print them. Posters will be made available via the conference website and on Slack. During the Friday afternoon session, each poster presenter will have 2-3 minutes to give a short talk summarizing their work.
